Dispute resolution

In case of disagreement of the USER with the actions (inaction) of ERPBEL LLC, the USER has the right to apply to the court in accordance with the procedure specified in the USER AGREEMENT, taking into account the pre-trial (claim) procedure for resolving disputes. The USER has the right to propose that ERPBEL LLC resolve the dispute through mediation.
